- What types of sandals do you sell? We specialize in adult sandals including flip-flops, slides, sport sandals, casual daily sandals for both men and women. All products are designed for comfort and long-lasting wear.
- Where do you ship to? We currently ship to all addresses in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).
- What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer the following shipping methods:
Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20
Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – FREE
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10
Note: Free shipping applies automatically when your order qualifies or you choose the free option at checkout.
- How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard / Free Shipping: 7-14 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and shipping carrier.
- Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We provide a Free Standard Shipping option (7-14 business days) on qualifying orders. You can also choose Express if you need it faster.
- What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in new condition. Please contact us before returning any item.

- Are your sandals true to size? Most of our sandals run true to size. We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.
- Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United States.
- Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to cancel if the order has already been processed.
